Sustainable, Creative Wellness
In 2011 I left the crazy paced corporate world as so many things no longer sat well with me. Nothing I was doing daily made me feel well or was feeding my creative juices. I intrinsically knew it was unsustainable.
Yoga had been my saving grace so I trained to become a yoga teacher then further developed my massage skills in London with Reiki and Indian head massage.
Had always been passionate about making and textiles so out of necessity starting making lavender eye pillows for my classes, when a student asked to buy a couple as a gift; one thing led to another and I was soon selling these down at various London markets. Which was hard graft, but such fun and freedom I'd never felt before😆
My creative wellness world grew as I met more and more genuinely happy people; autonomous, working by their own standards, which mirrored my state.. Naturally I started seeking longevity, looking at ways to minimise waste and to make my products more sustainable. Better quality, organic textiles that last longer so we all spend less..
Ultimately I do believe that our wellness practices / choices don't have to contribute to the planets illness. Still thinking global, acting local.
That's what I'm about and will be exploring more of this year; sustainable, creative, inclusive wellness.. Because wellness and wholeness are inseparable.
5 Simple ways to make your world a bit more Well; Sustainably and Creatively

12 to 24 drops of essential oil, I love Lavender and Bergamot together; divine!
Use on everything, is just as effective as those heavy chemical products stashed under your sink..
Unwanted Clothes -Reuse, Recycle or hold a Swooshing Party!
Invite friends and neighbours round, Where each of you bring at least 3 items in good condition and receive 3 little tokens in return.
