Summer Yoga Brunch

Starting your Saturday with a 75 min energising and balancing morning yoga session is the ultimate way to set the tone for your weekend!

My classes are always mindful and inclusive, integrating techniques from Hatha, Vinyasa Yin and Nidra, styles, while weaving spiritual philosophy throughout. Class will leave you feeling calm, clear + centred. Post yoga we’ll tuck into this creative Caribbean fusion summer feast prepared by the loved up legends that are Rogue Vegans, which fuses the best of Mauritus and Jamaican flavours!

Both the yoga + buffet style brunch will take place in the light and airy space that is @Space 61 Peckham, so we all get to connect consciously in a happy place and space.

New to Yoga?

This will be open level hatha flow class. Beginners are very welcomed and encouraged, and for the more advanced yogis there will always be options to deepen any pose.

Allergies or special meal requirements?

The meal is totally Vegan, so no meat or dairy. However any other allergies, please do drop me a line before booking!

Cost?

Class + Buffet Brunch; £35

Looking forward to eating, meeting + flowing with you all at the end of the month!

Namaste..x

YIN YANG YOGA + KERALAN CHRISTMAS MEAL

YIN YANG YOGA + KERALAN CHRISTMAS MEAL

Back by popular demand!

Will be holding a 90 min Yin Yang Yoga Class followed by a 4 course Vegetarian Keralan Supper, which is sure to do the job of getting you out of your head and well and truly into your body..

Yin Yang Yoga aims to cultivate a balanced holistic practice. ‘Yin’ postures are long held and seated, targeting the connective tissue, joints and ligaments.  This side of the practice helps with joint mobility & is also deeply meditative, engaging with the meridian lines & releasing ‘stuck’ energy.  The ‘Yang’ postures & practice are more dynamic and engage the muscles, developing strength & flexibility.  Yin Yang Yoga encourages engaging with  foundation and alignment through standing postures & flowing movement.

Chef Vizzy Sagar who's originally from Kerala, a self taught culinary artist, big on the London Markets food scene, specialises in authentic, mouth watering dishes from his homeland.  He really is second to none with quality, freshness and taste of course… Plus there’s the added bonus of his wicked sense of humour!

Not to be missed!

Class + Supper £35
